Do you get tired of calling for cleaning estimates? With 3 Moms Laundry and Cleaning Service, we give you prices up front for residential cleaning. Our base price is $125. Add $25 for each bedroom and bathroom. For example, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms add $100 to the $125 and your first time cleaning will be $225. If you would like our service weekly after that, you get a $50 discount and if you want bi-weekly you get a $25 discount off the first time cleaning price. There are no discounts for once a month cleaning. We require no contract for residential cleaning, use us as needed. Apartment move-outs $165 House move-outs $200 Everything must be moved out of the resident on the day of cleaning. Laundry is $2 per pound plus tax or $30 for anything less for commercial and residential customers. $30 is due at the time of pickup (Cash or Credit Card) or we can send you an invoice prior to pickup and you pay online.
